2023 LFHS Summer School Information

This is a 5-week program that offers classes for high school credit, serving as an opportunity for Lake Fenton High School students to recover credits to meet graduation requirements. All classes are held at Lake Fenton High School.

Monday thru Thursday
June 19 – July 27
8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Week 1: June 19 - 22
Week 2: June 26 - 26
(no classes week of July 4th)
Week 3: July 110- 13
Week 4: July 17 - 22
Week 5: July 24 - 27

Cost: $100

Students on Reduced lunch $75
Students on Free lunch $50

Classes are open to current 9th-12th grade Lake Fenton students who have failed a class and need to recover credits.

Students will receive one-half (1/2) credit for successful completion of each class.

Attendance is required due to the condensed program (only 20 days). After a student receives two absences, they will be removed from the program.
Three tardies equal one absence.  Parents/guardians will be contacted upon student absence.

Student Conduct
Students attending Lake Fenton High Schools Summer School program will be expected to comply with the rules published in the student handbook.  All students with a discipline referral in Summer School will be dismissed from the program.

Online Courses offered:

Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2,
American History, World History, Government, Economics,
Physical Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics,
English 9, English 10, and English 11.

Other elective courses may be available upon counselor recommendation.
